Any EFT payments must be made during the sale time to qualify for the sale prices. Late payments made after the sale dates (26-28 November 2021) will not receive the discounted prices.

A proof of payment must be sent immediately to info@thebiscuitstudio.co.za for any EFT transactions. EFT orders will only be packed & dispatched when the money has cleared in our bank account, expect further delays on these orders.

We will not accept any changes or add-ons to orders during the sale. If an item has been left off your order, a new order will need to be created with courier fees.

No urgent orders are allowed. Expect delays on orders.
There is no express option during a sale.
During our Black Friday sale our delivery times could extend to 7-10 working days.
