My children have recently watched the Emoji movie , so I thought I would use my emoji stencil, which has been hanging on the shelf for a few weeks now and I haven’t made any cookies from it.  They were super quick to make and I think they look rather impressive. So this is how to make them….

What you’ll need
Gel colour – yellow, black, blue & red
Thick stencil icing
Scraper (click HERE for the scraper tutorial)
Magnets (To buy click HERE)
Metal board (To buy click HERE)
TBS Emoji cookie stencil (To buy click HERE)
Small round baked cookies/biscuits (For recipe click HERE)

Step 1: Ice your baked cookies, let them dry 100%
Step 2: Make your stencil icing, stencil icing must be thick but not dry.

Step 3: Prepare your stencil like I have done in the image below, I have taped off the heart eyes on the face, so that when I scrape the black icing for the mouth the heart eyes are hidden. I’ll ice them red once the black mouth is dry, which only takes about 10 – 15 minutes.

Step 4: Prepare your metal board and magnets with your iced cookie as I have done in the video below.
