Come spend the morning with us and learn the art of royal icing at one of our very popular Christmas classes. This class is for beginners, no icing experience is required, you’ll learn everything you need to know from the icing consistency to how to bake the perfect biscuit base to decorating. We’ll be decorating the following biscuits, daisy, carrot, bunny face, speckled egg, sitting bunny and flower.
You’ll leave feeling confident and excited about your new royal icing skills.

What you’ll learn .
– How to get the correct icing consistency
– I demonstrate how to make and mix up the various royal icing consistencies for icing biscuits.

* All the flowers will be supplied in the class, we do not teach how to make them.
