What you need to recreate this dinosaur set of cookies
What little boy doesn’t love dinosaurs. This is a very popular set of cookies, perfect for any birthday or special occasion.

Firstly I use our non – stick rolling pin and guides (the yellow ones are the perfect height) to get an evenly rolled out piece of dough. I place the cut out biscuits on our new ‘no bubbles mat’ this mat helps achieve a smooth, bubble free biscuit. . To create the ‘broken egg’ I cut the egg biscuit in half before baking with stegosaurus cutter, as per the image below
What gel colours I used
Avocado green gel
Super black gel
Bright white gel
Ivory gel
Royal blue gel (use a tiny bit, add avo green & ivory gel to get a softer blue)

Small couplers – Holds the nozzle tip in place

Acrylic square turntable – Very useful when you need to get to the certain parts of your cookie
Scribe needle – This helps distribute the icing around the cookie
